Black FNSL4R calipers and drilled/slotted 12.88-inch SRP rotors define this C1500 rear brake package. Its EPB system replaces cable actuation with dedicated electric parking calipers, so installation includes both hydraulic plumbing and electrical wiring. For the 12.88-inch Superlite/EPB assembly, compare the C1500 rear axle with DS1634: a 6.61-inch maximum flange diameter, 0.050-inch x 45-degree chamfer and 3.09-inch register are specified. The electric parking brake is for stationary parking, not an emergency-stop brake. Applying it while the vehicle is moving can lock the rear wheels and cause a skid. Follow the wiring and holding-test procedures in the manufacturer’s instructions.
