Wilwood Chevrolet and GMC C1500 Pickup Rear Disc Kit, Red Calipers, Drilled Rotors and Electronic Parking (1988–1998)

Red Dynalite rear brakes for Chevrolet and GMC C1500 Pickup include separate electric parking calipers. Check five-lug mounting and 3.25-inch offset. The conversion combines the caliper, pad and rotor configuration specified for this axle and mounting arrangement. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its product range includes brake rotors, calipers, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, selected individually to match the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

Applies to the listed 1988–1998 Chevrolet and GMC C1500 Pickup five-lug, two-wheel-drive axle configurations with a measured 3.25-inch offset. The table below distinguishes the early front-brake/chassis options and later five-lug versions; an Iron ProSpindle entry does not replace the rear-axle checks. Compare axle-flange registration, housing ends and wheel clearance before ordering. Electronic parking is independent of the hydraulic service calipers. Install the controller, switch, ground, accessory feed and fused 12V battery supply to DS-1353; this system is for parking, not emergency stops. Suitable hydraulic flexlines are required separately.
