Bel Air, Biscayne, Impala and Caprice drum-spindle applications receive red six-piston front brakes. Verify the 14-inch drilled rotor envelope. The conversion combines the caliper, pad and rotor configuration specified for this axle and mounting arrangement. The red AERO6/SRP front package is a drum-spindle conversion for the exact Bel Air, Biscayne, Impala and Caprice entries below. Check the retained spindle before using the supplied hubs, bearing parts and 1/2-20 studs. The 14.00 × 1.25-inch drilled-and-slotted rotor package uses a different envelope from the smaller Superlite option. DS-1587 sets the hub and bracket assembly requirements and the wheel check. Select 5 × 4.50 or 4.75-inch wheels for the hubs and obtain suitable flexlines separately. Coverage is bounded to the listed 1965–1968 models, with Caprice beginning in 1966.
