Wilwood Front Black TX6-DM Calipers, GT Rotors & Braided Hoses, Ram 2500 / 3500 (2014–2023), 15.00-Inch

This front TX6-DM package brings together 15.00-inch gt slotted brake rotors, pads and black 6-piston Wilwood calipers for Ram 2500 / 3500 (2014–2023). Rotor registration, caliper mounting and the wheel envelope should all be compared with the installation drawing. Established by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering develops disc-brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. The range spans calipers and brake rotors through master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, all requiring selection to suit the other parts of the brake system.

• Manufacturer part number: 140-17606; supplied as an axle kit.
• Hydraulic sizing: cataloged bore sizes 2.00, 1.88, 1.88 inches; piston area 8.70 square inches; inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Wheel envelope: 20-inch minimum nominal wheel diameter; verify the entire wheel-clearance drawing, including spoke and barrel shape.
• Brake rotor size: 15.00-inch outside diameter × 1.50-inch thickness; vented friction section.
• Rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 8 x 6.5 in; 8 x 165.1 mm; cataloged hole clearances 0.64 in; 16.26 mm. These are rotor or hat drillings, not replacement wheel studs. The retained hub or axle determines the vehicle wheel pattern.
• Hydraulic lines: Braided flexlines included; verify fittings, length and routing on the actual vehicle.
• Rotor specification: Material: Iron; Type: GTB Vented Rotor & Hat; Style: GT Slotted; Surface Finish: Black Electro Coat.
• Service calipers: TX6-DM; 6 pistons per caliper; Black Powder Coat; lug mounting; stainless pistons.
• Supplied friction pads: BP-22 compound; match operating conditions to the intended use.

Fitment & Compatibility

For the Ram 2500 and 3500 configurations individually listed below, DS1584 covers the factory front upright and 15-inch rotor package. Verify the model year, drive configuration, hub register and stud pattern against the actual vehicle. The six-piston direct-mount calipers need the full 20-inch wheel clearance; check braided-line routing with steering at both locks.
