Wilwood Front AERO6-DM Conversion with Red Calipers & SRP Rotors for Ford Ranger (2019–2025)

The 13.38 × 1.25-inch srp drilled & slotted rotors define this AERO6-DM front brake package for Ford Ranger (2019–2025). Wilwood supplies red 6-piston calipers for the specified installation, with the rotor width and mounting hardware selected as a system. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Camarillo, California-based Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc-brake systems and components. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines support motorsport, street-performance and specialized uses, with each component chosen in relation to the complete brake system.

• Manufacturer part number: 140-17557-DR; supplied as an axle kit.
• Hardware and retained components: Mounting hardware supplied; existing wheel hubs retained; spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are not included.
• Hydraulic sizing: cataloged bore sizes 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches; piston area 6.52 square inches; inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Brake rotor size: 13.38-inch outside diameter × 1.25-inch thickness; vented friction section.
• Rotor specification: Material: Iron; Type: SRP Drilled Rotor & Hat; Style: SRP Drilled & Slotted; Surface Finish: Black Electro Coat.
• Rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 6 x 5.5 in; 6 x 139.7 mm; cataloged hole clearances 0.52 in; 13.21 mm. These are rotor or hat drillings, not replacement wheel studs. The retained hub or axle determines the vehicle wheel pattern.
• Service calipers: AERODM; 6 pistons per caliper; Red Powder Coat; lug mounting; stainless pistons.
• Wheel envelope: 17-inch minimum nominal wheel diameter; verify the entire wheel-clearance drawing, including spoke and barrel shape.
• Hydraulic lines: Braided flexlines included; verify fittings, length and routing on the actual vehicle.
