Wilwood Front AERO6-DM Conversion with Red Calipers & Drilled Rotors, Ford Bronco 2.3L Vacuum Booster (2021–2025)

The 13.38 × 1.25-inch srp drilled & slotted rotors define this AERO6-DM front brake package for Ford Bronco 2.3L with Vacuum Booster (2021–2025). Wilwood supplies red 6-piston calipers for the specified installation, with the rotor width and mounting hardware selected as a system. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Camarillo, California-based Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc-brake systems and components. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines support motorsport, street-performance and specialized uses, with each component chosen in relation to the complete brake system.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer part number: 140-17512-DR; supplied as an axle kit.
• Rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 6 x 5.5 in; 6 x 139.7 mm; cataloged hole clearances 0.52 in; 13.21 mm. These are rotor or hat drillings, not replacement wheel studs. The retained hub or axle determines the vehicle wheel pattern.
• Hardware and retained components: Mounting hardware supplied; existing wheel hubs retained; spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are not included.
• Supplied friction pads: BP-22 compound; match operating conditions to the intended use.
• Wheel envelope: 17-inch minimum nominal wheel diameter; verify the entire wheel-clearance drawing, including spoke and barrel shape.
• Brake rotor size: 13.38-inch outside diameter × 1.25-inch thickness; vented friction section.
• Hydraulic sizing: cataloged bore sizes 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches; piston area 6.52 square inches; inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Rotor specification: Material: Iron; Type: SRP Drilled Rotor & Hat; Style: SRP Drilled & Slotted; Surface Finish: Black Electro Coat.
• Service calipers: AERODM; 6 pistons per caliper; Red Powder Coat; lug mounting; stainless pistons.
• Hydraulic lines: Braided flexlines included; verify fittings, length and routing on the actual vehicle.

Fitment & Compatibility

Only the 2.3L Ford Bronco with a vacuum brake booster is suitable for this kit. Wilwood specifically excludes the 2.7L e-booster system and any Bronco fitted with an e-booster. Match the trim and year in the table below, verify the actual booster before purchase, then check the factory front upright and 17-inch wheel drawing in DS1565. This is not a Bronco Sport application.
