Wilwood Front SRP Rotor & Black Caliper Kit, Ford Bronco 2.3L Vacuum-Brake System (2021–2025)

This Wilwood AERO6-DM front brake kit pairs black 6-piston calipers with 13.38-inch srp drilled & slotted brake rotors for Ford Bronco 2.3L with Vacuum Booster (2021–2025). The package must match the documented mounting arrangement and wheel clearance before the original brakes are removed. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. Its disc-brake systems and components serve motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. The range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, selected to suit the requirements of the complete system.

• Rotor specification: Material: Iron; Type: SRP Drilled Rotor & Hat; Style: SRP Drilled & Slotted; Surface Finish: Black Electro Coat.
• Brake rotor size: 13.38-inch outside diameter × 1.25-inch thickness; vented friction section.
• Rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 6 x 5.5 in; 6 x 139.7 mm; cataloged hole clearances 0.52 in; 13.21 mm. These are rotor or hat drillings, not replacement wheel studs. The retained hub or axle determines the vehicle wheel pattern.
• Hydraulic sizing: cataloged bore sizes 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches; piston area 6.52 square inches; inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Wheel envelope: 17-inch minimum nominal wheel diameter; verify the entire wheel-clearance drawing, including spoke and barrel shape.

Fitment & Compatibility

Only the 2.3L Ford Bronco with a vacuum brake booster is suitable for this kit. Wilwood specifically excludes the 2.7L e-booster system and any Bronco fitted with an e-booster. Match the trim and year in the table below, verify the actual booster before purchase, then check the factory front upright and 17-inch wheel drawing in DS1565. This is not a Bronco Sport application.
