Wilwood Rear UTV6 Brake Kit for Polaris RZR Pro XP (2020–2023), Black, 11.25-Inch Solid Steel Rotors

This rear UTV6 package brings together 11.25-inch plain face brake rotors, pads and black 6-piston Wilwood calipers for Polaris RZR Pro XP (2020–2023). Rotor registration, caliper mounting and the wheel envelope should all be compared with the installation drawing. Established by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering develops disc-brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. The range spans calipers and brake rotors through master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, all requiring selection to suit the other parts of the brake system.

• Hydraulic sizing: cataloged bore sizes 1.00, 1.00, 1.00 inches; piston area 2.37 square inches; inlet M10 x 1.25.
• Hydraulic lines: Hydraulic flexlines and fittings are not included; select compatible lines for the complete installation.
• Brake rotor size: 11.25-inch outside diameter × 0.25-inch thickness; solid construction.

Fitment & Compatibility

The table below covers RZR Pro XP and Pro XP 4 versions, including their individually listed Premium, Ultimate, Sport, Orange Madness LE and Rockford Fosgate editions. DS1553 documents the Pro XP rear hub interface and requires stock OE wheel studs; aftermarket studs may interfere. Verify the particular model and year, 15-inch wheel clearance and original hydraulic connection. Flexlines are not supplied.
