Wilwood Front 14.00-Inch SRP Rotor & Hub Kit, Black AERO6 Calipers, No Limit Engineering ZG Spindle

For No Limit Engineering ZG Spindles, this front AERO6 kit uses black Wilwood calipers and srp drilled & slotted rotors. Its 6-piston hydraulic layout and 14.00-inch rotor diameter need to be checked against the actual hub, upright and wheel arrangement. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977. Based in Camarillo, California, the company makes disc-brake systems for street-performance, motorsport and specialized applications. Its calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are selected around the demands of the complete braking installation.

• Manufacturer part number: 140-17149-D; supplied as an axle kit.
• Wheel envelope: 18-inch minimum nominal wheel diameter; verify the entire wheel-clearance drawing, including spoke and barrel shape.
• Service calipers: AERO6; 6 pistons per caliper; Black Powder Coat; radial mounting; stainless pistons.
• Hydraulic sizing: cataloged bore sizes 1.75, 1.38, 1.38 inches; piston area 5.40 square inches; inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Rotor specification: Material: Spec-37 Iron; Type: SRP Drilled Rotor; Style: SRP Drilled & Slotted; Surface Finish: Black Electro Coat.
• Hydraulic lines: Hydraulic flexlines and fittings are not included; select compatible lines for the complete installation.
• Supplied friction pads: BP-10 compound; match operating conditions to the intended use.
• Rotor hats: Aluminum big brake hat - flared bell; Black E-Coat; hat offset 1.470 inches. Hat offset is distinct from axle offset.
• Included wheel hubs: 5 x 4.75 in; 5 x 120.65 mm; 5 x 5 in; 5 x 127 mm wheel patterns; 1/2-20 studs. Check the selected pattern and bearing arrangement before assembly.
• Brake rotor size: 14.00-inch outside diameter × 1.25-inch thickness; vented friction section.
• Hardware and retained components: Mounting hardware supplied; wheel hubs included; spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are not included.
• Spindle modification: The No Limit ZG spindle ears must be removed and two holes drilled and tapped per DS1542; qualified machining required.

Fitment & Compatibility

For No Limit Engineering ZG spindles only, DS1542 requires removal of the two interfering spindle ears plus drilling and tapping two holes. Both spindles need the specified qualified machining before brake assembly. Check wheel stud location, bearing adjustment and the full 18-inch clearance diagram. The supplied hubs determine the available wheel patterns; the spindle itself is not included.
