Wilwood Front AERO6 Hub Brake Kit for No Limit ZG Spindles, Black, 14.00-Inch GT Rotors

The 14.00 × 1.25-inch gt slotted rotors define this AERO6 front brake package for No Limit Engineering ZG Spindles. Wilwood supplies black 6-piston calipers for the specified installation, with the rotor width and mounting hardware selected as a system. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Camarillo, California-based Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc-brake systems and components. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines support motorsport, street-performance and specialized uses, with each component chosen in relation to the complete brake system.

• Supplied friction pads: BP-20 compound; match operating conditions to the intended use.
• Hardware and retained components: Mounting hardware supplied; wheel hubs included; spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are not included.
• Wheel envelope: 18-inch minimum nominal wheel diameter; verify the entire wheel-clearance drawing, including spoke and barrel shape.
• Rotor specification: Material: Spec-37 Iron; Type: GT 72 Curved Vane; Style: GT Slotted; Surface Finish: Black Electro Coat.
• Rotor hats: Aluminum big brake hat - flared bell; Black E-Coat; hat offset 1.470 inches. Hat offset is distinct from axle offset.
• Spindle modification: The No Limit ZG spindle ears must be removed and two holes drilled and tapped per DS1542; qualified machining required.
• Hydraulic sizing: cataloged bore sizes 1.75, 1.38, 1.38 inches; piston area 5.40 square inches; inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Hydraulic lines: Hydraulic flexlines and fittings are not included; select compatible lines for the complete installation.
• Included wheel hubs: 5 x 4.75 in; 5 x 120.65 mm; 5 x 5 in; 5 x 127 mm wheel patterns; 1/2-20 studs. Check the selected pattern and bearing arrangement before assembly.
• Service calipers: AERO6; 6 pistons per caliper; Black Powder Coat; radial mounting; stainless pistons.
• Brake rotor size: 14.00-inch outside diameter × 1.25-inch thickness; vented friction section.

Fitment & Compatibility

For No Limit Engineering ZG spindles only, DS1542 requires removal of the two interfering spindle ears plus drilling and tapping two holes. Both spindles need the specified qualified machining before brake assembly. Check wheel stud location, bearing adjustment and the full 18-inch clearance diagram. The supplied hubs determine the available wheel patterns; the spindle itself is not included.
