Wilwood Rear Low-Profile Dynapro Conversion, 11.00-Inch SRP Rotors, Black Calipers & Parking Shoes, G-Body 2.62-Inch Offset

This rear Dynapro Low-Profile package brings together 11.00-inch srp drilled & slotted brake rotors, pads and black 4-piston Wilwood calipers for GM G-Body Axle Flange. Rotor registration, caliper mounting and the wheel envelope should all be compared with the installation drawing. Established by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering develops disc-brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. The range spans calipers and brake rotors through master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, all requiring selection to suit the other parts of the brake system.

• Manufacturer part number: 140-17120-D; supplied as an axle kit.
• Hardware and retained components: Mounting hardware supplied; existing wheel hubs retained; spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are not included.
• Housing-flange requirement: G-Body flange; 2.62-inch axle offset, measured using the manufacturer worksheet.
• Service calipers: Forged Dynapro Low Profile; 4 pistons per caliper; Black Powder Coat; lug mounting; stainless pistons.
• Parking brake: Internal shoe parking brake supplied; cables, cable hardware and adapters are separate.
• Hydraulic sizing: cataloged bore sizes 1.38, 1.38 inches; piston area 3.00 square inches; inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Brake rotor size: 11.00-inch outside diameter × 0.81-inch thickness; vented friction section.
• Hydraulic lines: Hydraulic flexlines and fittings are not included; select compatible lines for the complete installation.
• Wheel envelope: 14-inch minimum nominal wheel diameter; verify the entire wheel-clearance drawing, including spoke and barrel shape.
• Rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm; 5 x 4.75 in; 5 x 120.65 mm; 5 x 5 in; 5 x 127 mm; cataloged hole clearances 0.52 in; 13.21 mm. These are rotor or hat drillings, not replacement wheel studs. The retained hub or axle determines the vehicle wheel pattern.
• Supplied friction pads: BP-10 compound; match operating conditions to the intended use.
• Machining prerequisite: Housing-flange material removal and two drilled holes required; follow the specific drawing and arrange qualified machine-shop work.
• Rotor specification: Material: Iron; Type: SRP Drilled Rotor & Hat; Style: SRP Drilled & Slotted; Surface Finish: Black Electro Coat.

Fitment & Compatibility

Select this conversion by the GM G-Body housing-flange drawing and a measured 2.62-inch axle offset. DS1546 requires substantial housing-flange modification, including material removal and two drilled holes, preferably performed by a qualified machine shop. Check the axle-flange register, stud clearance and full 14-inch wheel drawing. Parking-brake cables, cable hardware and adapters are separate; plan the complete cable route before disassembly.
