Convert the documented GM G-Body Axle Flange rear brake arrangement with Wilwood Dynapro Low-Profile calipers and plain face rotors. This selection has black calipers, 4 pistons per service caliper and 11.00-inch rotor diameter, with fit determined by the installed hardware. From its base in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc-brake components and systems. Bill Wood founded the company in 1977. • Supplied friction pads: BP-10 compound; match operating conditions to the intended use.
• Service calipers: Forged Dynapro Low Profile; 4 pistons per caliper; Black Powder Coat; lug mounting; stainless pistons.
• Hardware and retained components: Mounting hardware supplied; existing wheel hubs retained; spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are not included.
• Machining prerequisite: Housing-flange material removal and two drilled holes required; follow the specific drawing and arrange qualified machine-shop work.
• Rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm; 5 x 4.75 in; 5 x 120.65 mm; 5 x 5 in; 5 x 127 mm; cataloged hole clearances 0.52 in; 13.21 mm. These are rotor or hat drillings, not replacement wheel studs. The retained hub or axle determines the vehicle wheel pattern.
• Housing-flange requirement: G-Body flange; 2.62-inch axle offset, measured using the manufacturer worksheet.
• Parking brake: Internal shoe parking brake supplied; cables, cable hardware and adapters are separate.
• Wheel envelope: 14-inch minimum nominal wheel diameter; verify the entire wheel-clearance drawing, including spoke and barrel shape.
• Hydraulic lines: Hydraulic flexlines and fittings are not included; select compatible lines for the complete installation.

Fitment & Compatibility

Select this conversion by the GM G-Body housing-flange drawing and a measured 2.62-inch axle offset. DS1546 requires substantial housing-flange modification, including material removal and two drilled holes, preferably performed by a qualified machine shop. Check the axle-flange register, stud clearance and full 14-inch wheel drawing. Parking-brake cables, cable hardware and adapters are separate; plan the complete cable route before disassembly.
