Wilwood Front Anodized UTV6 Race Brake Conversion for Polaris RZR XP Turbo/Turbo S/PRO XP (2016–2023), 11.25-Inch Plain Rotors

This RZR front race conversion uses UTV6 calipers with 1.25/1.12/1.12-inch piston bores and 11.25-inch solid steel rotor rings. Dynamic rotor adapters fit the retained front hubs. Anodized calipers and 11.25-inch plain face rotors are the selected configuration. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, chosen to match the complete system.

Technical Details

• Kit reference: Wilwood manufacturer part number 140-17042. Supplied quantity is one kit.
• The brake package includes pads and required mounting hardware, excluding spindles, master cylinder and booster.
• Hydraulic hose selection is separate. The assembly sheet identifies the reused hose connection and replacement banjo hardware.
• Check the wheel-clearance diagram before purchase; the nominal minimum wheel diameter is 15 inches.
• Connect the hydraulic line through the M10 x 1.25 caliper inlet.
• This assembly leaves the documented wheel hubs in use. It supplies brake components rather than new hubs.
• BP-28 pads are included. The manufacturer lists piston bores of 1.25, 1.12, 1.12 inches.
• Braking is provided by 6-piston UTV6 calipers, finished in Type III anodize. Pistons are stainless; the mounting arrangement is lug.
• Plain Face rotor selection, 11.25 inches in diameter and 0.25 inch wide. The specified material is Steel.

Fitment & Compatibility

Read each RZR XP/XP 4 Turbo, Turbo S and PRO XP/PRO XP 4 entry independently, including EPS, DYNAMIX, Fox, Velocity, Orange Madness, Sport, Premium, Ultimate and Rockford Fosgate versions. Front mounting and hose routing must match the documented installation; do not assume that every RZR year or rear kit is interchangeable.
