Wilwood Rear AERO4/EPB Dynamic Brake Kit, Chevrolet Corvette/Corvette E-Ray C8 (2020–2025): 15-Inch Drilled/Slotted Rotors with Black Calipers

Black calipers and 15.00-inch SRP drilled & slotted rotors are the selected configuration. The C8 rear conversion pairs AERO4 four-piston hydraulic service calipers with separate electric parking calipers and 15.00-inch dynamic-mount rotors. Braided hydraulic lines and parking-caliper wiring pigtails are included for the factory Corvette arrangement. Wilwood Engineering, founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, is based in Camarillo, California. The company makes disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Each component must suit the surrounding brake system.

Technical Details

• Kit reference: Wilwood manufacturer part number 140-17009-D. Supplied quantity is one kit.
• The brake package includes pads and required mounting hardware, excluding spindles, master cylinder and booster.
• EPB calipers and wiring pigtails are included for connection to the documented original Corvette parking-brake harness.
• The kit supplies braided flexlines (220-17008). Confirm their chassis-end fit and routing on the actual vehicle.
• Check the wheel-clearance diagram before purchase; the nominal minimum wheel diameter is 19 inches.
• Connect the hydraulic line through the 1/8-27 NPT caliper inlet.
• This assembly leaves the documented wheel hubs in use. It supplies brake components rather than new hubs.
• Rotor-hat stud-hole patterns are 5 x 4.72 inches, separate from the retained hub wheel-pattern specification.
• The rotor assembly uses 0.268-inch-offset aluminum hats finished in Type III anodize.
• BP-10 pads are included. The manufacturer lists piston bores of 1.62, 1.38 inches.
• Braking is provided by 4-piston AERO4 calipers, finished in black powder coat. Pistons are stainless; the mounting arrangement is radial.
• SRP Drilled & Slotted rotor selection, 15.00 inches in diameter and 1.25 inch wide. The specified material is Spec-37 Iron.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the individual Corvette Stingray, Z06, Corvette E-Ray and ZR1 year/trim rows and the actual hub/upright geometry. DS-1534 connects the supplied EPB calipers to the existing Corvette parking-brake wiring through the included pigtails; it does not use a separate universal controller installation. Follow its battery-disconnection procedure before brake work, route both hoses and wiring clear of rotating parts, and test parking hold after installation. Read the fitment table below for the exact year and option combination; do not apply one row's restrictions to another vehicle.
