Wilwood Rear 15-Inch Rotor Kit with Black AERO4/EPB Dynamic Calipers for Chevrolet Corvette/Corvette E-Ray C8 (2020–2025), GT Slotted

The C8 rear conversion pairs AERO4 four-piston hydraulic service calipers with separate electric parking calipers and 15.00-inch dynamic-mount rotors. Braided hydraulic lines and parking-caliper wiring pigtails are included for the factory Corvette arrangement. Black calipers and 15.00-inch GT slotted rotors are the selected configuration. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, chosen to match the complete system.

Technical Details

• Wilwood kit number 140-17009; sold as the listed axle brake package.
• AERO4 service calipers have 4 pistons and radial mounts. The finish is black powder coat; piston material is stainless.
• Caliper bore sizes are 1.62, 1.38 inches; the axle pad set uses BP-10 compound.
• Separate aluminum hats position the rotor with 0.268 inch offset and a Type III anodize finish.
• The hat stud holes are drilled for 5 x 4.72 inches. This does not alter the wheel pattern of the retained hub.
• The original hub arrangement must be retained or provided separately. No replacement wheel hubs come with the kit.
• Caliper inlet thread is 1/8-27 NPT.
• Published minimum rim diameter is 19 inches. Use the template to check spoke clearance as well.
• Braided hydraulic hoses are supplied under reference 220-17008; verify connections and full suspension clearance.
• EPB calipers and wiring pigtails are included for connection to the documented original Corvette parking-brake harness.
• Supplied items include the pads and mounting fasteners; no replacement spindle, master cylinder or booster is included.
• The supplied rotor measures 15.00 inches across and 1.25 inch thick. Surface configuration: GT slotted; construction: Spec-37 Iron.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the individual Corvette Stingray, Z06, Corvette E-Ray and ZR1 year/trim rows and the actual hub/upright geometry. DS-1534 connects the supplied EPB calipers to the existing Corvette parking-brake wiring through the included pigtails; it does not use a separate universal controller installation. Follow its battery-disconnection procedure before brake work, route both hoses and wiring clear of rotating parts, and test parking hold after installation.
