Wilwood Front Ford F-150 (2021–2025) Conversion with Braided Lines, Red AERO6-DM and 13.38-Inch GT Slotted Rotors

AERO6-DM six-piston calipers and 13.38-inch rotors form this front package for the listed 2021–2025 F-150 configurations. The included 30-inch flexline kit has the replacement chassis hose bracket needed for this generation. Red calipers and 13.38-inch GT slotted rotors are the selected configuration. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering was established by Bill Wood in 1977. Its disc brake systems serve motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are matched to the requirements of the whole system.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer identification: 140-17000-R, supplied as one application-specific kit.
• Rotor dimensions (diameter/width): 13.38 / 1.25 inches. GT Slotted design in Iron.
• Pads supplied: BP-22. Piston bore dimensions: 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches.
• The specified caliper hydraulic connection is 1/8-27 NPT.
• Hose package 220-17001 is included. Keep the braided lines free of strain, abrasion and contact with moving parts.
• Service caliper specification: AERODM in red powder coat, using lug mounting and 6 stainless pistons.
• Verify the existing hub dimensions: replacement wheel hubs are outside the scope of this package.
• A 17-inch nominal wheel is the starting point. Its spoke and barrel shape must clear the actual brake assembly.
• Mounting hardware and brake pads come with the kit. Spindles, a master cylinder and a brake booster are not included.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the exact F-150 trim and year, including Raptor, Tremor, Police Responder and the listed Raptor R entries. The factory dust shields must be removed. Use the new chassis brake-line bracket supplied with the hose kit, secure the ABS sensor wire as instructed and follow factory EPB service-mode procedures where fitted. Original wheel hubs remain in use; verify clearance against the 17-inch drawing. Confirm all year, model and brake-package details against the application table below, including the notes attached to each row.
