Wilwood Front AERO6-DM Brake Kit, Ford F-150 (2021–2025): 13.38-Inch Drilled/Slotted Rotors with Red Calipers

AERO6-DM six-piston calipers and 13.38-inch rotors form this front package for the listed 2021–2025 F-150 configurations. Red calipers and 13.38-inch SRP drilled & slotted rotors are the selected configuration. The included 30-inch flexline kit has the replacement chassis hose bracket needed for this generation. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977; the company is based in Camarillo, California. Wilwood designs and manufactures calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized systems, with selection governed by the complete brake installation.

Technical Details

• Kit reference: Wilwood manufacturer part number 140-17000-DR. Supplied quantity is one kit.
• The brake package includes pads and required mounting hardware, excluding spindles, master cylinder and booster.
• The kit supplies braided flexlines (220-17001). Confirm their chassis-end fit and routing on the actual vehicle.
• Check the wheel-clearance diagram before purchase; the nominal minimum wheel diameter is 17 inches.
• Connect the hydraulic line through the 1/8-27 NPT caliper inlet.
• This assembly leaves the documented wheel hubs in use. It supplies brake components rather than new hubs.
• BP-22 pads are included. The manufacturer lists piston bores of 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches.
• Braking is provided by 6-piston AERODM calipers, finished in red powder coat. Pistons are stainless; the mounting arrangement is lug.
• SRP Drilled & Slotted rotor selection, 13.38 inches in diameter and 1.25 inch wide. The specified material is Iron.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the exact F-150 trim and year, including Raptor, Tremor, Police Responder and the listed Raptor R entries. The factory dust shields must be removed. Use the new chassis brake-line bracket supplied with the hose kit, secure the ABS sensor wire as instructed and follow factory EPB service-mode procedures where fitted. Original wheel hubs remain in use; verify clearance against the 17-inch drawing.
