Wilwood Front Black Caliper and Drilled/Slotted Rotor Conversion for Ford F-150 (2021–2025), AERO6-DM / 13.38 Inch

Black calipers and 13.38-inch SRP drilled & slotted rotors are the selected configuration. AERO6-DM six-piston calipers and 13.38-inch rotors form this front package for the listed 2021–2025 F-150 configurations. The included 30-inch flexline kit has the replacement chassis hose bracket needed for this generation. Wilwood Engineering, founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, is based in Camarillo, California. The company makes disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Each component must suit the surrounding brake system.

Technical Details

• Wilwood kit number 140-17000-D; sold as the listed axle brake package.
• AERODM service calipers have 6 pistons and lug mounts. The finish is black powder coat; piston material is stainless.
• Caliper bore sizes are 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches; the axle pad set uses BP-22 compound.
• The original hub arrangement must be retained or provided separately. No replacement wheel hubs come with the kit.
• Caliper inlet thread is 1/8-27 NPT.
• Published minimum rim diameter is 17 inches. Use the template to check spoke clearance as well.
• Braided hydraulic hoses are supplied under reference 220-17001; verify connections and full suspension clearance.
• Supplied items include the pads and mounting fasteners; no replacement spindle, master cylinder or booster is included.
• The supplied rotor measures 13.38 inches across and 1.25 inch thick. Surface configuration: SRP drilled & slotted; construction: Iron.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the exact F-150 trim and year, including Raptor, Tremor, Police Responder and the listed Raptor R entries. The factory dust shields must be removed. Use the new chassis brake-line bracket supplied with the hose kit, secure the ABS sensor wire as instructed and follow factory EPB service-mode procedures where fitted. Original wheel hubs remain in use; verify clearance against the 17-inch drawing. Read the fitment table below for the exact year and option combination; do not apply one row's restrictions to another vehicle.
