Wilwood Front Brake Conversion, Black AERO6-DM / GT Slotted 13.38-Inch Package for Ford F-150 (2021–2025)

AERO6-DM six-piston calipers and 13.38-inch rotors form this front package for the listed 2021–2025 F-150 configurations. The included 30-inch flexline kit has the replacement chassis hose bracket needed for this generation. Black calipers and 13.38-inch GT slotted rotors are the selected configuration. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, chosen to match the complete system.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer part number: 140-17000. One kit for the documented axle/application.
• Rotors: 13.38-inch outside diameter × 1.25-inch thickness, GT slotted faces, Iron material.
• Calipers: AERODM, 6 pistons, stainless piston material. Lug mount and black powder coat finish.
• Published piston bores: 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches. Included pads: BP-22.
• Matching existing wheel hubs are retained; replacement hubs are not included.
• Hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Nominal wheel minimum: 17 inches; verify the complete caliper profile against the wheel drawing.
• Included braided flexline kit: 220-17001. Match its chassis fittings and final routing.
• Pads and mounting hardware are included. Spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are separate.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the exact F-150 trim and year, including Raptor, Tremor, Police Responder and the listed Raptor R entries. The factory dust shields must be removed. Use the new chassis brake-line bracket supplied with the hose kit, secure the ABS sensor wire as instructed and follow factory EPB service-mode procedures where fitted. Original wheel hubs remain in use; verify clearance against the 17-inch drawing.
