Wilwood Front FNSL6R/ST Conversion with 12.88-Inch GT Slotted Rotors and Anodized Calipers, Honda Civic/Acura Integra (2013–2024)

This FNSL6R/ST front road-race package pairs Thermlock-piston calipers and BP-35 competition pads with 12.88-inch GT rotors. The separate hats and included braided lines complete the documented six-piston axle assembly. Anodized calipers and 12.88-inch GT slotted rotors are the selected configuration. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, chosen to match the complete system.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer part number: 140-16848. One kit for the documented axle/application.
• Rotors: 12.88-inch outside diameter × 1.10-inch thickness, GT slotted faces, Spec-37 Iron material.
• Calipers: Forged Narrow Superlite 6R, 6 pistons, Thermlock piston material. Radial mount and Type III anodize finish.
• Published piston bores: 1.62, 1.12, 1.12 inches. Included pads: BP-35.
• Rotor hats: aluminum, black e-coat, 0.540-inch offset.
• Hat drillings: 5 X 4.50, 5 x 4.75 inches; the existing wheel hub still determines the wheel-lug pattern.
• Matching existing wheel hubs are retained; replacement hubs are not included.
• Hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Nominal wheel minimum: 17 inches; verify the complete caliper profile against the wheel drawing.
• Included braided flexline kit: 220-12016. Match its chassis fittings and final routing.
• Pads and mounting hardware are included. Spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are separate.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the complete Honda Civic trim/year entries within 2013–2024 and the Acura Integra Base/A-Spec entries for 2023. Confirm the actual original hub register, caliper mounts and 17-inch wheel envelope. Civic line/ABS bracket drilling may be needed for the replacement hose fitting. BP-35 is a high-temperature racing compound: extended low-temperature use can cause premature pad and rotor wear.
