Wilwood Front 12.19-Inch Rotor Kit with Red Dynapro 6 Calipers for Chrysler PT Cruiser/Dodge Neon SRT-4 (2001–2010), Drilled/Slotted

The Dynapro 6 front brake kit combines six-piston lug-mount calipers with 12.19-inch rotors and separate short-offset hats. Red calipers and 12.19-inch SRP drilled & slotted rotors are the selected configuration. It is a conversion for the documented PT Cruiser and Neon SRT-4 front hub/upright arrangement. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977; the company is based in Camarillo, California. Wilwood designs and manufactures calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized systems, with selection governed by the complete brake installation.

Technical Details

• The Wilwood manufacturer part number is 140-16827-DR. This product is sold as a kit.
• The red powder coat caliper bodies are Dynapro 6 units with 6 pistons. Stainless pistons and lug mounts are specified.
• 12.19-inch rotors are supplied in the SRP drilled & slotted configuration; the published thickness is 0.81 inch. These rotors use Iron.
• Friction material supplied is BP-10; the caliper bore measurements are 1.62, 1.12, 1.12 inches.
• A 0.500-inch hat offset locates each rotor ring. Hats use aluminum construction and black e-coat finish.
• The hat stud holes are drilled for 5 x 3.93 inches. This does not alter the wheel pattern of the retained hub.
• The original hub arrangement must be retained or provided separately. No replacement wheel hubs come with the kit.
• Caliper inlet thread is 1/8-27 NPT.
• Published minimum rim diameter is 15 inches. Use the template to check spoke clearance as well.
• Provide suitable flexible hoses and caliper/chassis fittings; the brake kit does not supply flexlines.
• Supplied items include the pads and mounting fasteners; no replacement spindle, master cylinder or booster is included.

Fitment & Compatibility

PT Cruiser entries span 2001–2010 with rear-drum and rear-disc configurations, including the specifically listed turbocharged versions. Neon SRT-4 coverage is 2003–2005 only; do not treat that as fitment for every Neon. Match the exact year and factory brake option, retained hub, hat register and wheel-clearance drawing.
