Wilwood Front Drilled/Slotted Rotor and AERO6-DM Caliper Kit for Ford F-150 Raptor (2017–2020), Black / 13.38 Inch

Black calipers and 13.38-inch SRP drilled & slotted rotors are the selected configuration. For the 2017–2020 Raptor, AERO6-DM direct-mount front calipers are combined with 13.38-inch one-piece rotors and the matching braided hose package. The conversion uses six-piston calipers without replacing the wheel hubs. Wilwood Engineering, founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, is based in Camarillo, California. The company makes disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Each component must suit the surrounding brake system.

Technical Details

• Wilwood kit number 140-16808-D; sold as the listed axle brake package.
• AERODM service calipers have 6 pistons and lug mounts. The finish is black powder coat; piston material is stainless.
• Caliper bore sizes are 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches; the axle pad set uses BP-22 compound.
• The original hub arrangement must be retained or provided separately. No replacement wheel hubs come with the kit.
• Caliper inlet thread is 1/8-27 NPT.
• Published minimum rim diameter is 17 inches. Use the template to check spoke clearance as well.
• Braided hydraulic hoses are supplied under reference 220-15838; verify connections and full suspension clearance.
• Supplied items include the pads and mounting fasteners; no replacement spindle, master cylinder or booster is included.
• The supplied rotor measures 13.38 inches across and 1.25 inch thick. Surface configuration: SRP drilled & slotted; construction: Iron.

Fitment & Compatibility

Listed specifically for Ford F-150 Raptor 2017–2020. Verify the second-generation Raptor front upright and included hose arrangement; the earlier SVT Raptor and later 2021-up truck use different package selections. Remove the original dust shields as directed and check both rim and spoke clearance using the installation drawing. Read the fitment table below for the exact year and option combination; do not apply one row's restrictions to another vehicle.
