Wilwood Front AERO6-DM Calipers and 13.38-Inch GT Slotted Brake Rotors for Ford F-150 Raptor (2017–2020), Black Kit

For the 2017–2020 Raptor, AERO6-DM direct-mount front calipers are combined with 13.38-inch one-piece rotors and the matching braided hose package. The conversion uses six-piston calipers without replacing the wheel hubs. Black calipers and 13.38-inch GT slotted rotors are the selected configuration. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, chosen to match the complete system.

• Manufacturer part number: 140-16808. One kit for the documented axle/application.
• Rotors: 13.38-inch outside diameter × 1.25-inch thickness, GT slotted faces, Iron material.
• Calipers: AERODM, 6 pistons, stainless piston material. Lug mount and black powder coat finish.
• Published piston bores: 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches. Included pads: BP-22.
• Matching existing wheel hubs are retained; replacement hubs are not included.
• Hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Nominal wheel minimum: 17 inches; verify the complete caliper profile against the wheel drawing.
• Included braided flexline kit: 220-15838. Match its chassis fittings and final routing.
• Pads and mounting hardware are included. Spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are separate.

Fitment & Compatibility

Listed specifically for Ford F-150 Raptor 2017–2020. Verify the second-generation Raptor front upright and included hose arrangement; the earlier SVT Raptor and later 2021-up truck use different package selections. Remove the original dust shields as directed and check both rim and spoke clearance using the installation drawing.
