Wilwood Front AERO6-DM Kit in Red for Ford F-150 SVT Raptor (2010–2014), 13.38-Inch GT Slotted Brake Rotors

The first-generation SVT Raptor front package uses direct-mount AERO6-DM six-piston calipers, 13.38-inch rotors and Raptor-specific flexlines. It replaces the service brakes around the retained front hub. Red calipers and 13.38-inch GT slotted rotors are the selected configuration. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering was established by Bill Wood in 1977. Its disc brake systems serve motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are matched to the requirements of the whole system.

Technical Details

• Kit reference: Wilwood manufacturer part number 140-16807-R. Supplied quantity is one kit.
• The brake package includes pads and required mounting hardware, excluding spindles, master cylinder and booster.
• The kit supplies braided flexlines (220-15837). Confirm their chassis-end fit and routing on the actual vehicle.
• Check the wheel-clearance diagram before purchase; the nominal minimum wheel diameter is 17 inches.
• Connect the hydraulic line through the 1/8-27 NPT caliper inlet.
• This assembly leaves the documented wheel hubs in use. It supplies brake components rather than new hubs.
• BP-22 pads are included. The manufacturer lists piston bores of 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches.
• Braking is provided by 6-piston AERODM calipers, finished in red powder coat. Pistons are stainless; the mounting arrangement is lug.
• GT Slotted rotor selection, 13.38 inches in diameter and 1.25 inch wide. The specified material is Iron.

Fitment & Compatibility

The supplied application entry is Ford F-150 SVT Raptor 2010–2014. Match that Raptor spindle and hose arrangement rather than selecting a standard F-150 kit by rotor size alone. Factory dust-shield removal is part of the installation, and the selected wheels must clear Wilwood's 17-inch minimum template.
