Wilwood Front AERO6-DM Brake and Flexline Kit for Ford F-150 SVT Raptor (2010–2014), Red with 13.38-Inch Drilled/Slotted Rotors

The first-generation SVT Raptor front package uses direct-mount AERO6-DM six-piston calipers, 13.38-inch rotors and Raptor-specific flexlines. Red calipers and 13.38-inch SRP drilled & slotted rotors are the selected configuration. It replaces the service brakes around the retained front hub. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977; the company is based in Camarillo, California. Wilwood designs and manufactures calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized systems, with selection governed by the complete brake installation.

Technical Details

• Wilwood kit number 140-16807-DR; sold as the listed axle brake package.
• AERODM service calipers have 6 pistons and lug mounts. The finish is red powder coat; piston material is stainless.
• Caliper bore sizes are 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches; the axle pad set uses BP-22 compound.
• The original hub arrangement must be retained or provided separately. No replacement wheel hubs come with the kit.
• Caliper inlet thread is 1/8-27 NPT.
• Published minimum rim diameter is 17 inches. Use the template to check spoke clearance as well.
• Braided hydraulic hoses are supplied under reference 220-15837; verify connections and full suspension clearance.
• Supplied items include the pads and mounting fasteners; no replacement spindle, master cylinder or booster is included.
• The supplied rotor measures 13.38 inches across and 1.25 inch thick. Surface configuration: SRP drilled & slotted; construction: Iron.

Fitment & Compatibility

The supplied application entry is Ford F-150 SVT Raptor 2010–2014. Match that Raptor spindle and hose arrangement rather than selecting a standard F-150 kit by rotor size alone. Factory dust-shield removal is part of the installation, and the selected wheels must clear Wilwood's 17-inch minimum template.
