Wilwood Front Brake Kit for Ford F-150 SVT Raptor (2010–2014) with Black AERO6-DM Calipers and 13.38-Inch Drilled/Slotted Rotors

Black calipers and 13.38-inch SRP drilled & slotted rotors are the selected configuration. The first-generation SVT Raptor front package uses direct-mount AERO6-DM six-piston calipers, 13.38-inch rotors and Raptor-specific flexlines. It replaces the service brakes around the retained front hub. Wilwood Engineering, founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, is based in Camarillo, California. The company makes disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Each component must suit the surrounding brake system.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer part number: 140-16807-D. One kit for the documented axle/application.
• Rotors: 13.38-inch outside diameter × 1.25-inch thickness, SRP drilled & slotted faces, Iron material.
• Calipers: AERODM, 6 pistons, stainless piston material. Lug mount and black powder coat finish.
• Published piston bores: 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches. Included pads: BP-22.
• Matching existing wheel hubs are retained; replacement hubs are not included.
• Hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Nominal wheel minimum: 17 inches; verify the complete caliper profile against the wheel drawing.
• Included braided flexline kit: 220-15837. Match its chassis fittings and final routing.
• Pads and mounting hardware are included. Spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are separate.

Fitment & Compatibility

The supplied application entry is Ford F-150 SVT Raptor 2010–2014. Match that Raptor spindle and hose arrangement rather than selecting a standard F-150 kit by rotor size alone. Factory dust-shield removal is part of the installation, and the selected wheels must clear Wilwood's 17-inch minimum template. Read the fitment table below for the exact year and option combination; do not apply one row's restrictions to another vehicle.
