Wilwood Front AERO6-DM Brake Kit for Ford F-150 SVT Raptor (2010–2014), Black Calipers / GT Slotted Rotors at 13.38 Inches

The first-generation SVT Raptor front package uses direct-mount AERO6-DM six-piston calipers, 13.38-inch rotors and Raptor-specific flexlines. It replaces the service brakes around the retained front hub. Black calipers and 13.38-inch GT slotted rotors are the selected configuration. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, chosen to match the complete system.

Technical Details

• Kit supplied under manufacturer part number 140-16807; one listed axle/application assembly.
• Each service caliper uses 6 stainless pistons and the AERODM body design. It attaches through lug mounts and carries a black powder coat finish.
• Verify the existing hub dimensions: replacement wheel hubs are outside the scope of this package.
• A 17-inch nominal wheel is the starting point. Its spoke and barrel shape must clear the actual brake assembly.
• Mounting hardware and brake pads come with the kit. Spindles, a master cylinder and a brake booster are not included.
• The rotor friction surfaces are GT slotted. The assembly diameter is 13.38 inches; rotor width is 1.25 inch and material is Iron.
• An axle pad set in BP-22 compound accompanies the calipers, whose published bores are 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches.
• The specified caliper hydraulic connection is 1/8-27 NPT.
• Hose package 220-15837 is included. Keep the braided lines free of strain, abrasion and contact with moving parts.

Fitment & Compatibility

The supplied application entry is Ford F-150 SVT Raptor 2010–2014. Match that Raptor spindle and hose arrangement rather than selecting a standard F-150 kit by rotor size alone. Factory dust-shield removal is part of the installation, and the selected wheels must clear Wilwood's 17-inch minimum template.
