Wilwood Front GT Slotted Brake Kit for Ford F-150/Expedition and Lincoln Navigator (2010–2020) with 13.38-Inch Rotors, Red AERO6-DM

This AERO6-DM front conversion brings six-piston calipers and 13.38-inch one-piece rotors to the listed Ford/Lincoln six-lug applications. Braided hoses and BP-22 pads are included; the original wheel hub is retained. Red calipers and 13.38-inch GT slotted rotors are the selected configuration. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering was established by Bill Wood in 1977. Its disc brake systems serve motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are matched to the requirements of the whole system.

Technical Details

• Wilwood kit number 140-16806-R; sold as the listed axle brake package.
• AERODM service calipers have 6 pistons and lug mounts. The finish is red powder coat; piston material is stainless.
• Caliper bore sizes are 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches; the axle pad set uses BP-22 compound.
• The original hub arrangement must be retained or provided separately. No replacement wheel hubs come with the kit.
• Caliper inlet thread is 1/8-27 NPT.
• Published minimum rim diameter is 17 inches. Use the template to check spoke clearance as well.
• Braided hydraulic hoses are supplied under reference 220-15263; verify connections and full suspension clearance.
• Supplied items include the pads and mounting fasteners; no replacement spindle, master cylinder or booster is included.
• The supplied rotor measures 13.38 inches across and 1.25 inch thick. Surface configuration: GT slotted; construction: Iron.

Fitment & Compatibility

The complete entries distinguish Ford F-150 2010–2020 from Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator 2010–2015. F-150 trim, drivetrain and manual/electric parking-brake variants must match the exact row. Raptor applications use their separately specified packages. The installation sheet requires factory dust-shield removal and the correct hose routing; place vehicles with EPB into the factory service mode before beginning.
