Wilwood Front AERO6-DM Conversion with 13.38-Inch Drilled/Slotted Rotors and Red Calipers, Ford F-150/Expedition and Lincoln Navigator (2010–2020)

This AERO6-DM front conversion brings six-piston calipers and 13.38-inch one-piece rotors to the listed Ford/Lincoln six-lug applications. Red calipers and 13.38-inch SRP drilled & slotted rotors are the selected configuration. Braided hoses and BP-22 pads are included; the original wheel hub is retained. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977; the company is based in Camarillo, California. Wilwood designs and manufactures calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized systems, with selection governed by the complete brake installation.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer part number: 140-16806-DR. One kit for the documented axle/application.
• Rotors: 13.38-inch outside diameter × 1.25-inch thickness, SRP drilled & slotted faces, Iron material.
• Calipers: AERODM, 6 pistons, stainless piston material. Lug mount and red powder coat finish.
• Published piston bores: 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches. Included pads: BP-22.
• Matching existing wheel hubs are retained; replacement hubs are not included.
• Hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Nominal wheel minimum: 17 inches; verify the complete caliper profile against the wheel drawing.
• Included braided flexline kit: 220-15263. Match its chassis fittings and final routing.
• Pads and mounting hardware are included. Spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are separate.

Fitment & Compatibility

The complete entries distinguish Ford F-150 2010–2020 from Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator 2010–2015. F-150 trim, drivetrain and manual/electric parking-brake variants must match the exact row. Raptor applications use their separately specified packages. The installation sheet requires factory dust-shield removal and the correct hose routing; place vehicles with EPB into the factory service mode before beginning.
