Wilwood Front 13.38-Inch Rotor Kit with Black AERO6-DM Calipers for Ford F-150/Expedition and Lincoln Navigator (2010–2020), Drilled/Slotted

Black calipers and 13.38-inch SRP drilled & slotted rotors are the selected configuration. This AERO6-DM front conversion brings six-piston calipers and 13.38-inch one-piece rotors to the listed Ford/Lincoln six-lug applications. Braided hoses and BP-22 pads are included; the original wheel hub is retained. Wilwood Engineering, founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, is based in Camarillo, California. The company makes disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Each component must suit the surrounding brake system.

Technical Details

• Kit supplied under manufacturer part number 140-16806-D; one listed axle/application assembly.
• Each service caliper uses 6 stainless pistons and the AERODM body design. It attaches through lug mounts and carries a black powder coat finish.
• Verify the existing hub dimensions: replacement wheel hubs are outside the scope of this package.
• A 17-inch nominal wheel is the starting point. Its spoke and barrel shape must clear the actual brake assembly.
• Mounting hardware and brake pads come with the kit. Spindles, a master cylinder and a brake booster are not included.
• The rotor friction surfaces are SRP drilled & slotted. The assembly diameter is 13.38 inches; rotor width is 1.25 inch and material is Iron.
• An axle pad set in BP-22 compound accompanies the calipers, whose published bores are 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches.
• The specified caliper hydraulic connection is 1/8-27 NPT.
• Hose package 220-15263 is included. Keep the braided lines free of strain, abrasion and contact with moving parts.

Fitment & Compatibility

The complete entries distinguish Ford F-150 2010–2020 from Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator 2010–2015. F-150 trim, drivetrain and manual/electric parking-brake variants must match the exact row. Raptor applications use their separately specified packages. The installation sheet requires factory dust-shield removal and the correct hose routing; place vehicles with EPB into the factory service mode before beginning. Read the fitment table below for the exact year and option combination; do not apply one row's restrictions to another vehicle.
