Wilwood Front Brake Package for Ford F-150/Expedition and Lincoln Navigator (2010–2020): Black AERO6-DM Calipers, 13.38-Inch GT Slotted Rotors

This AERO6-DM front conversion brings six-piston calipers and 13.38-inch one-piece rotors to the listed Ford/Lincoln six-lug applications. Braided hoses and BP-22 pads are included; the original wheel hub is retained. Black calipers and 13.38-inch GT slotted rotors are the selected configuration. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, chosen to match the complete system.

Technical Details

• Product identification: Wilwood 140-16806. Package quantity: one kit for the stated configuration.
• The brake package includes pads and required mounting hardware, excluding spindles, master cylinder and booster.
• The kit supplies braided flexlines (220-15263). Confirm their chassis-end fit and routing on the actual vehicle.
• Check the wheel-clearance diagram before purchase; the nominal minimum wheel diameter is 17 inches.
• Connect the hydraulic line through the 1/8-27 NPT caliper inlet.
• This assembly leaves the documented wheel hubs in use. It supplies brake components rather than new hubs.
• Piston sizing follows the published 1.75, 1.62, 1.62-inch specification. The included brake-pad compound is BP-22.
• Caliper selection is 6-piston AERODM. Body finish: black powder coat; attachment: lug; piston material: stainless.
• Rotor package uses GTB Vented Rotor & Hat components. Each is 1.25 inch thick with 13.38-inch diameter and GT slotted faces. Published material: Iron.

The complete entries distinguish Ford F-150 2010–2020 from Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator 2010–2015. F-150 trim, drivetrain and manual/electric parking-brake variants must match the exact row.
