Wilwood Front 13.38-Inch Rotor Kit with Red AERO6-DM Calipers for GM 1500 Trucks/SUVs (1999–2007), GT Slotted

AERO6-DM calipers mount directly to the documented GM front upright and pair with 13.38-inch one-piece slip-on rotors. This six-piston front package includes BP-22 pads and the earlier truck flexline kit. Red calipers and 13.38-inch GT slotted rotors are the selected configuration. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering was established by Bill Wood in 1977. Its disc brake systems serve motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are matched to the requirements of the whole system.

Technical Details

• Product identification: Wilwood 140-16803-R. Package quantity: one kit for the stated configuration.
• The brake package includes pads and required mounting hardware, excluding spindles, master cylinder and booster.
• The kit supplies braided flexlines (220-17129). Confirm their chassis-end fit and routing on the actual vehicle.
• Check the wheel-clearance diagram before purchase; the nominal minimum wheel diameter is 17 inches.
• Connect the hydraulic line through the 1/8-27 NPT caliper inlet.
• This assembly leaves the documented wheel hubs in use. It supplies brake components rather than new hubs.
• Piston sizing follows the published 1.75, 1.62, 1.62-inch specification. The included brake-pad compound is BP-22.
• Caliper selection is 6-piston AERODM. Body finish: red powder coat; attachment: lug; piston material: stainless.
• Rotor package uses GTB Vented Rotor & Hat components. Each is 1.25 inch thick with 13.38-inch diameter and GT slotted faces. Published material: Iron.

Fitment & Compatibility

Check the complete six-lug entries for Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Pickup, Suburban 1500, Tahoe and Avalanche 1500; GMC Sierra 1500 Pickup, Yukon and Yukon XL 1500; and Cadillac Escalade and Escalade EXT. The 2007 pickup entries are Classic body style. Match rear-brake package, drivetrain and four-wheel-steering notes where listed. Some dust shields need limited trimming for caliper clearance.
