Wilwood Front 13.38-Inch SRP Drilled/Slotted Brake Kit, GM 1500 Trucks/SUVs (1999–2007) with Black AERO6-DM Calipers

Black calipers and 13.38-inch SRP drilled & slotted rotors are the selected configuration. AERO6-DM calipers mount directly to the documented GM front upright and pair with 13.38-inch one-piece slip-on rotors. This six-piston front package includes BP-22 pads and the earlier truck flexline kit. Wilwood Engineering, founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, is based in Camarillo, California. The company makes disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Each component must suit the surrounding brake system.

Technical Details

• Order specification: manufacturer part number 140-16803-D; quantity one brake kit.
• The piston diameter specification is 1.75, 1.62, 1.62 inches, paired with BP-22 brake pads.
• Matching existing wheel hubs are retained; replacement hubs are not included.
• Hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT.
• Nominal wheel minimum: 17 inches; verify the complete caliper profile against the wheel drawing.
• Included braided flexline kit: 220-17129. Match its chassis fittings and final routing.
• Pads and mounting hardware are included. Spindles, master cylinder and brake booster are separate.
• Brake rotor specification: SRP Drilled Rotor & Hat, with SRP drilled & slotted friction faces. Overall size is 13.38 × 1.25 inches. Material: Iron.
• Lug-mounted AERODM calipers are supplied. Each has 6 pistons in stainless, with black powder coat on the caliper body.

Fitment & Compatibility

Check the complete six-lug entries for Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Pickup, Suburban 1500, Tahoe and Avalanche 1500; GMC Sierra 1500 Pickup, Yukon and Yukon XL 1500; and Cadillac Escalade and Escalade EXT. The 2007 pickup entries are Classic body style. Match rear-brake package, drivetrain and four-wheel-steering notes where listed. Some dust shields need limited trimming for caliper clearance. No replacement wheel hubs are included. Read the fitment table below for the exact year and option combination; do not apply one row's restrictions to another vehicle.
