Product details

Red six-piston front brakes use drilled 11.25-inch rotors for listed Polaris RZR 1000 and RS1 models. Check grinding locations and wheel profile. This UTV conversion combines fixed multi-piston calipers with dynamically mounted solid steel rotors, retaining the specified original hubs. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977 in Camarillo, California, where the company is based. Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems, producing brake rotors, calipers, master cylinders, fittings, valves and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Individual parts are selected to meet the requirements of the complete braking system.

Fitment & Compatibility

The table below includes the listed Polaris RZR XP 1000, XP 4 1000, S 1000, S4 1000 and RS1 configurations with year-specific trim coverage. The front conversion requires the upright grinding shown in DS-1499 for pad clearance. Reuse the factory hubs with the dynamic steel rotor adapters and use the supplied banjo bolts and crush washers. Do not reuse the original banjo bolts. Check the actual wheel section, at least 0.080-inch caliper clearance and the hose path through steering and full suspension articulation.
