Wilwood Rear Plain-Rotor Brake Conversion for Polaris RZR Turbo S (2018–2022), Red Six-Piston Calipers and Dynamic Mounts

Use plain rear steel rotors and red UTV6 calipers on the listed Polaris RZR Turbo S. Confirm S/S4 application and the supplied banjo-bolt connection. This UTV conversion combines fixed multi-piston calipers with dynamically mounted solid steel rotors, retaining the specified original hubs. From its base in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components. Bill Wood founded the company in 1977. Fitment & Compatibility

Match the individual Polaris RZR Turbo S and S4 year and trim applications in the table below. The six-piston rear UTV6 calipers work with dynamically mounted solid steel rotors and existing hubs. Use DS-1498 for the assembly method and compare the actual hub and upright to the specified arrangement. Replace the stock banjo bolts with the supplied M10 × 1.25 hardware. Check wheel profile, pad alignment and hose travel at full suspension movement before testing the system.

Six 1.00-inch pistons form the UTV6 rear caliper configuration, with a specified piston area of 2.37 square inches. BP-10 pads are included. The 0.25-inch-thick rotor remains nonvented and must be installed with the correct dynamic adapter and the supplied banjo hardware.
