Red UTV6 front calipers and drilled 11.25-inch rotors equip listed Polaris RZR Turbo and Pro XP models. Confirm trim and banjo-hose clearance. This UTV conversion combines fixed multi-piston calipers with dynamically mounted solid steel rotors, retaining the specified original hubs. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977 in Camarillo, California, where the company is based. Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems, producing brake rotors, calipers, master cylinders, fittings, valves and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Individual parts are selected to meet the requirements of the complete braking system.

Fitment & Compatibility
The application table below lists the supported Polaris RZR Turbo, XP 4 Turbo, Turbo S and Pro XP variants with their own years and trims. DS-1497 illustrates the earlier XP Turbo/XP 4 Turbo installation; compare the exact later vehicle configuration before assembly. The front UTV6 kit uses dynamic nonvented steel rotors and retains the existing hub. Use the supplied M10 × 1.25 banjo bolts rather than reusing the stock bolts. Maintain clearance through steering and suspension travel and verify at least 0.080 inch between caliper and wheel.
