Wilwood Honda Talon Rear Brake Kit (2019–2021), Red Four-Piston Calipers and Drilled 11.25-Inch Rotors

Fit red UTV4 rear calipers and drilled dynamic rotors to listed Honda Talon models. Check the hose connection and exact wheel profile before assembly. This UTV conversion combines fixed multi-piston calipers with dynamically mounted solid steel rotors, retaining the specified original hubs. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977 in Camarillo, California, where the company is based. Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems, producing brake rotors, calipers, master cylinders, fittings, valves and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Individual parts are selected to meet the requirements of the complete braking system.

Fitment & Compatibility

The rear UTV4 assembly is documented for the Honda Talon applications in the table below, including two- and four-seat variants and the listed FOX Live Valve/Special Edition configurations. It uses four-piston calipers and dynamic nonvented rotors with the existing hubs. DS-1496 specifies modification of the original hose tabs, not an included replacement hose kit. Verify the banjo hardware and crush washers, the exact wheel profile and hose clearance through suspension travel. Changes to other suspension or hub components require an additional fit check.

This red rear configuration retains the UTV4 four-piston hydraulic specification: 1.00-inch bores, 1.58 square inches of specified area and BP-10 pads. A drilled rotor face does not change the required dynamic mounting adapter or the original-hose modification.
