AFCO strut front drag brakes combine single-piston floating calipers and drilled 10-inch rotors. Confirm spindle-mount wheels and supplementary use. The Dynalite Single Floater configuration mounts its rotor to the spindle-mount wheel for a purpose-built lightweight drag-racing installation. From its base in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components. Bill Wood founded the company in 1977. Its calipers, brake rotors, valves, master cylinders, brake lines and fittings serve street-performance, motorsport and specialized applications. Select each component according to the requirements of the complete braking system.

Fitment & Compatibility
This drag-racing assembly uses the AFCO strut/spindle and a spindle-mount wheel. The single-piston floating caliper and 10-inch drilled steel rotor provide staging or supplementary front braking on lightweight vehicles whose principal stopping system includes rear brakes and, where fitted, a parachute. It is not a conventional road-car front brake package. Verify the 0.750-inch hat offset and wheel attachment interface in DS-1476. Existing wheel/hub and strut assemblies are reused; hydraulic hoses and spindle retention hardware are supplied separately.
