Product details

Build listed GM second-generation AFX ProSpindles around black six-piston front calipers and GT rotors. Confirm the spindle and 0.65-inch hub change. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Its range serves motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications; each component must match the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

Only the specified second-generation Wilwood AFX 2-inch drop ProSpindle is the intended hub interface; this is not a stock-spindle conversion. DS-1432 identifies ProSpindle kit 831-15958, purchased separately. The full application chart below identifies the vehicle and chassis combinations that use that spindle. The +0.65-inch hub change moves each wheel outward relative to the catalog comparison, so assess tire-to-fender space as well as caliper-to-wheel clearance. Supply suitable hydraulic hoses separately and match the front and rear brake balance.
