Wilwood Black Low-Profile Rear Disc Kit with Drilled 11-Inch Rotors and EPB, Chevy 12-Bolt C-Clip Rear End at 2.75-Inch Offset

Drilled-and-slotted iron rotors and black Dynapro-LP calipers form the service brakes in this Chevy 12-bolt rear package. Separate electric parking calipers operate through the supplied controller and harness; axle retention and offset require measurement before installation. Wilwood Engineering began in 1977 under founder Bill Wood and is based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc braking equipment for motorsport, specialized applications and street-performance vehicles. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines form part of the range and must match the requirements of the complete system.

• Caliper finish and port: Black Powder Coat; hydraulic inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 14 in; 355.6 mm; full spoke/barrel clearance must be checked using the installation drawing.
• Rotor material and surface: Iron; vented; SRP Drilled & Slotted; surface finish Black Electro Coat.
• Cataloged rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm; 5 x 4.75 in; 5 x 120.65 mm; 5 x 5 in; 5 x 127 mm bolt circle; cataloged stud-hole clearances 0.52 in; 13.21 mm. The existing hub or axle flange determines the vehicle wheel pattern and stud specification. These rotor/hat drillings do not convert that pattern.
• Rear axle interface: 12 Bolt housing flange; 2.75 in; 69.85 mm axle offset. Measure the installed assembly.
• Hydraulic installation: Hydraulic lines and fittings are separate and must be selected for the vehicle; master cylinder not included; brake booster not included.
• Rotor dimensions: 11.00 in; 279.4 mm outside diameter; 0.81 in; 20.57 mm thick.
• Supplied service pads: BP-10 compound; verify suitability for the intended operating conditions.

Fitment & Compatibility

Installation requires the 12 Bolt housing flange and a measured 2.75-inch axle offset. Compare the housing bolt pattern, bearing/axle retention, wheel pattern and center registration with the kit drawing, then check both service-caliper and EPB-motor clearance. Nominal 14-inch wheel diameter is only the starting point. Confirm C-clip axle retention and end play; a C-clip eliminator or different housing flange requires its own fit assessment.

Review the fitment table below after identifying the rear axle. Confirm housing-flange dimensions, retention hardware, offset, register and wheel pattern against the kit drawing. For Chevelle, 442, Beaumont, Camaro and Apollo vehicles, establish rear-axle fit independently of the front spindle configuration. Confirm the housing flange, axle retention and offset on the installed rear assembly.

The EPB is a parking-hold system, not an emergency stopping brake. It includes a separate left/right motor-driven caliper pair, control unit, switch with pigtail and universal wiring harness. Vehicle power, ground, ignition/accessory connections and protected cable routing must be installed to DS1353; it is not a plug-in factory-harness replacement.
