Wilwood Red Rear Low-Profile Disc and Electric Parking Kit for Small Ford 2.66-Inch Axles, Drilled 11-Inch Rotors

Drilled-and-slotted rotor/hat assemblies are paired with red Dynapro-LP service calipers in this small-bearing Ford rear package. Matching red electric parking calipers supply static hold on the measured 2.66-inch-offset axle interface. Wilwood Engineering began in 1977 under founder Bill Wood and is based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc braking equipment for motorsport, specialized applications and street-performance vehicles. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines form part of the range and must match the requirements of the complete system.

• Manufacturer part number — 140-16153-DR; supplied as one rear axle brake kit.
• Cataloged rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern — 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm; 5 x 4.75 in; 5 x 120.65 mm; 5 x 5 in; 5 x 127 mm bolt circle; cataloged stud-hole clearances 0.52 in; 13.21 mm. The existing hub or axle flange determines the vehicle wheel pattern and stud specification. These rotor/hat drillings do not convert that pattern.
• Parking-brake package — Two separate electric parking calipers, control unit, switch with pigtail and universal wiring harness included; vehicle electrical connections require installation.
• Hydraulic installation — Hydraulic lines and fittings are separate and must be selected for the vehicle; master cylinder not included; brake booster not included.
• Rear axle interface — Small Ford housing flange; 2.66 in; 67.56 mm axle offset. Measure the installed assembly.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the actual rear axle to the Small Ford diagram and 2.66-inch offset before disassembly. Verify the bearing arrangement, axle register and wheel-bolt pattern independently, including any changes made during a previous axle conversion. Use the full 14-inch minimum wheel envelope for both caliper positions.

Vehicle fitment in the table below remains conditional on axle identity. Measure the housing flange, bearing/retention arrangement, register and offset rather than relying on vehicle year. For a 1990 Lincoln Town Car, identify the actual axle and confirm the specified interface; do not select this conversion from model and year alone.

Two dedicated motorized calipers provide parking hold separately from the hydraulic service calipers. The kit supplies their switch with pigtail, control unit and universal wiring harness. DS1353 covers the required 12V vehicle connections and component placement. The EPB is not an emergency stopping brake.
