Wilwood Rear Dynapro-LP Conversion for Small Ford 2.66-Inch Axle Offset, Black Calipers, Plain 11-Inch Rotors and Electric Parking Brake

This compact Small Ford rear kit locates plain 11-inch rotor/hat assemblies at a 2.66-inch axle offset. Black Dynapro-LP hydraulic calipers provide service braking, with separate electric units and control hardware for parking hold. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977. Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems for motorsport, specialized vehicles and street-performance applications. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines must be selected in relation to the other components in the finished brake system.

• Manufacturer part number: 140-16153; supplied as one rear axle brake kit.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 14 in; 355.6 mm; full spoke/barrel clearance must be checked using the installation drawing.
• Rotor dimensions: 11.00 in; 279.4 mm outside diameter; 0.81 in; 20.57 mm thick.
• Hydraulic installation: Hydraulic lines and fittings are separate and must be selected for the vehicle; master cylinder not included; brake booster not included.
• Supplied service pads: BP-10 compound; verify suitability for the intended operating conditions.
• Rear axle interface: Small Ford housing flange; 2.66 in; 67.56 mm axle offset. Measure the installed assembly.
• Rotor material and surface: Iron; vented; Plain Face; surface finish Plain.
• Hydraulic service calipers: Forged Dynapro Low Profile; 4 pistons per caliper; Forged Aluminium body; lug mounting; Stainless pistons.
• Caliper finish and port: Black Powder Coat; hydraulic inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Parking-brake package: Two separate electric parking calipers, control unit, switch with pigtail and universal wiring harness included; vehicle electrical connections require installation.
• Cataloged rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm; 5 x 4.75 in; 5 x 120.65 mm; 5 x 5 in; 5 x 127 mm bolt circle; cataloged stud-hole clearances 0.52 in; 13.21 mm. The existing hub or axle flange determines the vehicle wheel pattern and stud specification. These rotor/hat drillings do not convert that pattern.
• Mechanical contents: Separate wheel hubs are not included; mounting hardware supplied; spindles not included.

Fitment & Compatibility

Use only an axle that matches the documented Small Ford flange and 2.66-inch offset. Rear-end names can conceal different bearing flanges, so measure the installed parts. Check the rotor register, studs, axle retention and complete wheel outline rather than relying on the nominal 14-inch wheel size.

The fitment table below is subject to physical axle-interface confirmation. Check housing flange, bearing arrangement, offset, wheel-stud pattern and center register before ordering. For a 1990 Lincoln Town Car, identify the actual axle and confirm the specified interface; do not select this conversion from model and year alone.

Parking actuation is electric through a supplied controller, switch with pigtail, universal harness and two motor-driven calipers. The installer must provide suitable vehicle power/ground and ignition/accessory connections and check lead routing to DS1353. These additional calipers are for parking hold, not an emergency stop function.
