Wilwood Rear Drilled 11-Inch Disc Conversion with Black Dynapro-LP Calipers and EPB, Small Ford Axles with 2.50-Inch Offset

Drilled 11-inch iron rotors and black low-profile hydraulic calipers form this Small Ford rear package. Electric parking units, wiring and control hardware are included, with the mechanical assembly positioned for 2.50 inches of axle offset. Wilwood Engineering has its base in Camarillo, California and was founded by Bill Wood in 1977. The company’s work covers disc brake systems and components for specialized vehicles, street-performance applications and motorsport. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines must be chosen with the rest of the braking system in mind.

• Rotor dimensions: 11.00 in; 279.4 mm outside diameter; 0.81 in; 20.57 mm thick.
• Rear axle interface: Small Ford housing flange; 2.50 in; 63.5 mm axle offset. Measure the installed assembly.
• Rotor material and surface: Iron; vented; SRP Drilled & Slotted; surface finish Black Electro Coat.
• Supplied service pads: BP-10 compound; verify suitability for the intended operating conditions.
• Hydraulic installation: Hydraulic lines and fittings are separate and must be selected for the vehicle; master cylinder not included; brake booster not included.
• Cataloged rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm; 5 x 4.75 in; 5 x 120.65 mm; 5 x 5 in; 5 x 127 mm bolt circle; cataloged stud-hole clearances 0.52 in; 13.21 mm. The existing hub or axle flange determines the vehicle wheel pattern and stud specification. These rotor/hat drillings do not convert that pattern.
• Hydraulic service calipers: Forged Dynapro Low Profile; 4 pistons per caliper; Forged Aluminium body; lug mounting; Stainless pistons.
• Caliper finish and port: Black Powder Coat; hydraulic inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 14 in; 355.6 mm; full spoke/barrel clearance must be checked using the installation drawing.
• Parking-brake package: Two separate electric parking calipers, control unit, switch with pigtail and universal wiring harness included; vehicle electrical connections require installation.
• Mechanical contents: Separate wheel hubs are not included; mounting hardware supplied; spindles not included.

Fitment & Compatibility

Installation requires the Small Ford housing flange and a measured 2.50-inch axle offset. Compare the housing bolt pattern, bearing/axle retention, wheel pattern and center registration with the kit drawing, then check both service-caliper and EPB-motor clearance. Nominal 14-inch wheel diameter is only the starting point.

Review the fitment table below after identifying the rear axle. Confirm housing-flange dimensions, retention hardware, offset, register and wheel pattern against the kit drawing. For a 1990 Lincoln Town Car, identify the actual axle and confirm the specified interface; do not select this conversion from model and year alone.

Two dedicated motorized calipers provide parking hold separately from the hydraulic service calipers. The kit supplies their switch with pigtail, control unit and universal wiring harness. DS1353 covers the required 12V vehicle connections and component placement. The EPB is not an emergency stopping brake.
