Wilwood Rear Red-Caliper Dynalite Conversion with EPB and Drilled Rotors for Big Ford Bronco 2.36-Inch Axle Geometry

Drilled 12.19-inch rotor/hat assemblies are supplied with red Dynalite and matching red EPB calipers in this rear kit. The selected geometry is Big Ford Bronco with 2.36 inches of axle offset; vehicle identity does not replace those measurements. Wilwood Engineering has its base in Camarillo, California and was founded by Bill Wood in 1977. The company’s work covers disc brake systems and components for specialized vehicles, street-performance applications and motorsport. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines must be chosen with the rest of the braking system in mind.

• Rotor material and surface — Iron; vented; SRP Drilled & Slotted; surface finish Black Electro Coat.
• Cataloged rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern — 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm; 5 x 5.5 in; 5 x 139.7 mm bolt circle; cataloged stud-hole clearances 0.56 in; 14.22 mm; 0.64 in; 16.26 mm. The existing hub or axle flange determines the vehicle wheel pattern and stud specification. These rotor/hat drillings do not convert that pattern.
• Supplied service pads — BP-10 compound; verify suitability for the intended operating conditions.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter — 15 in; 381 mm; full spoke/barrel clearance must be checked using the installation drawing.
• Parking-brake package — Two separate electric parking calipers, control unit, switch with pigtail and universal wiring harness included; vehicle electrical connections require installation.
• Rear axle interface — Big Ford Bronco housing flange; 2.36 in; 59.94 mm axle offset. Measure the installed assembly.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the actual rear axle to the Big Ford Bronco diagram and 2.36-inch offset before disassembly. Verify the bearing arrangement, axle register and wheel-bolt pattern independently, including any changes made during a previous axle conversion. Use the full 15-inch minimum wheel envelope for both caliper positions. DS1411 identifies the 1966–1977 Ford Bronco 11 x 1.75-inch drum axle; choose this kit’s specific offset, not the alternative shown in the same manual.

The fitment table below is subject to physical axle-interface confirmation. Check housing flange, bearing arrangement, offset, wheel-stud pattern and center register before ordering. For a 1990 Lincoln Town Car, identify the actual axle and confirm the specified interface; do not select this conversion from model and year alone.

The EPB is a parking-hold system, not an emergency stopping brake. It includes a separate left/right motor-driven caliper pair, control unit, switch with pigtail and universal wiring harness. Vehicle power, ground, ignition/accessory connections and protected cable routing must be installed to DS1353; it is not a plug-in factory-harness replacement.
