Wilwood Plain-Rotor Rear Disc Kit with Red Dynalite Service Brakes and EPB, 2.00-Inch-Offset Big Ford Bronco Flange

For the specified Big Ford Bronco housing, this red-caliper rear kit retains a plain friction surface and independent electric parking hold. The bracket and rotor arrangement is designed around the measured 2.00-inch axle offset rather than a general Ford model designation. Bill Wood established Wilwood Engineering in 1977, and the company is based in Camarillo, California. Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems and their components for street-performance, motorsport and specialized use. Its caliper, rotor, master-cylinder, valve, fitting and brake-line products are selected according to the complete brake-system requirements.

• Rear axle interface: Big Ford Bronco housing flange; 2.00 in; 50.8 mm axle offset. Measure the installed assembly.
• Supplied service pads: BP-10 compound; verify suitability for the intended operating conditions.
• Parking-brake package: Two separate electric parking calipers, control unit, switch with pigtail and universal wiring harness included; vehicle electrical connections require installation.
• Rotor dimensions: 12.19 in; 309.63 mm outside diameter; 0.81 in; 20.57 mm thick.
• Caliper finish and port: Red Powder Coat; hydraulic inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Cataloged rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 5 x 5.5 in; 5 x 139.7 mm bolt circle; cataloged stud-hole clearances 0.64 in; 16.26 mm. The existing hub or axle flange determines the vehicle wheel pattern and stud specification. These rotor/hat drillings do not convert that pattern.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 15 in; 381 mm; full spoke/barrel clearance must be checked using the installation drawing.
• Mechanical contents: Separate wheel hubs are not included; mounting hardware supplied; spindles not included.

Fitment & Compatibility

This kit is selected for Big Ford Bronco geometry at 2.00 inches of axle offset. Wheel-stud pattern and register dimensions must match the supplied rotors or hats, and the parking motors and harness connectors need clearance throughout suspension travel. Compare the intended 15-inch or larger wheel with the installation drawing. DS1411 identifies the 1966–1977 Ford Bronco 11 x 1.75-inch drum axle; choose this kit’s specific offset, not the alternative shown in the same manual.

Vehicle fitment in the table below remains conditional on axle identity. Measure the housing flange, bearing/retention arrangement, register and offset rather than relying on vehicle year. For a 1990 Lincoln Town Car, identify the actual axle and confirm the specified interface; do not select this conversion from model and year alone.

Parking actuation is electric through a supplied controller, switch with pigtail, universal harness and two motor-driven calipers. The installer must provide suitable vehicle power/ground and ignition/accessory connections and check lead routing to DS1353. These additional calipers are for parking hold, not an emergency stop function.
