Wilwood Red Dynalite and EPB Rear Caliper Kit, Drilled 12.19-Inch Rotors, Big Ford Bronco Housing with 2.00-Inch Offset

Red hydraulic and electric calipers share the drilled 12.19-inch rotor at each rear wheel in this conversion. The short 2.00-inch axle offset is essential: matching the Bronco flange name without checking that dimension is insufficient. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering manufactures and designs disc brake systems and components. The range serves motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications with calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Matching individual components requires considering the full brake assembly.

• Manufacturer part number — 140-16134-DR; supplied as one rear axle brake kit.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter — 15 in; 381 mm; full spoke/barrel clearance must be checked using the installation drawing.
• Supplied service pads — BP-10 compound; verify suitability for the intended operating conditions.
• Cataloged rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern — 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm; 5 x 5.5 in; 5 x 139.7 mm bolt circle; cataloged stud-hole clearances 0.56 in; 14.22 mm; 0.64 in; 16.26 mm. The existing hub or axle flange determines the vehicle wheel pattern and stud specification. These rotor/hat drillings do not convert that pattern.
• Hydraulic installation — Hydraulic lines and fittings are separate and must be selected for the vehicle; master cylinder not included; brake booster not included.
• Parking-brake package — Two separate electric parking calipers, control unit, switch with pigtail and universal wiring harness included; vehicle electrical connections require installation.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the actual rear axle to the Big Ford Bronco diagram and 2.00-inch offset before disassembly. Verify the bearing arrangement, axle register and wheel-bolt pattern independently, including any changes made during a previous axle conversion. Use the full 15-inch minimum wheel envelope for both caliper positions. DS1411 identifies the 1966–1977 Ford Bronco 11 x 1.75-inch drum axle; choose this kit’s specific offset, not the alternative shown in the same manual.

Use the fitment table below together with a measured axle check. A model name alone does not establish conversion compatibility; compare the flange, axle offset, register and chosen wheel pattern. For a 1990 Lincoln Town Car, identify the actual axle and confirm the specified interface; do not select this conversion from model and year alone.

Two dedicated motorized calipers provide parking hold separately from the hydraulic service calipers. The kit supplies their switch with pigtail, control unit and universal wiring harness. DS1353 covers the required 12V vehicle connections and component placement. The EPB is not an emergency stopping brake.
