Wilwood 12.19-Inch Plain-Rotor Rear EPB Kit for Big Ford New-Style Bronco Housing, Red Dynalite Calipers, 2.36-Inch Offset

Plain-face iron rotors retain an undrilled friction surface in this red Dynalite/EPB rear kit. It is an axle-specific conversion for the 2.36-inch-offset new-style Big Ford Bronco housing flange, not a stock-vehicle fit established by a model name. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977. Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems for motorsport, specialized vehicles and street-performance applications. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines must be selected in relation to the other components in the finished brake system.

• Hydraulic installation: Hydraulic lines and fittings are separate and must be selected for the vehicle; master cylinder not included; brake booster not included.
• Rotor material and surface: Iron; vented; Plain Face; surface finish Plain.
• Caliper finish and port: Red Powder Coat; hydraulic inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Hydraulic service calipers: Forged Dynalite Internal; 4 pistons per caliper; Forged Aluminium body; lug mounting; Stainless pistons.
• Mechanical contents: Separate wheel hubs are not included; mounting hardware supplied; spindles not included.
• Rear axle interface: Big Ford New Style Bronco housing flange; 2.36 in; 59.94 mm axle offset. Measure the installed assembly.
• Cataloged rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 5 x 5.5 in; 5 x 139.7 mm bolt circle; cataloged stud-hole clearances 0.64 in; 16.26 mm. The existing hub or axle flange determines the vehicle wheel pattern and stud specification. These rotor/hat drillings do not convert that pattern.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 15 in; 381 mm; full spoke/barrel clearance must be checked using the installation drawing.
• Rotor dimensions: 12.19 in; 309.63 mm outside diameter; 0.81 in; 20.57 mm thick.
• Parking-brake package: Two separate electric parking calipers, control unit, switch with pigtail and universal wiring harness included; vehicle electrical connections require installation.
• Supplied service pads: BP-10 compound; verify suitability for the intended operating conditions.

Fitment & Compatibility

This kit is selected for Big Ford New Style Bronco geometry at 2.36 inches of axle offset. Wheel-stud pattern and register dimensions must match the supplied rotors or hats, and the parking motors and harness connectors need clearance throughout suspension travel. Compare the intended 15-inch or larger wheel with the installation drawing. DS1434 identifies the 1974–1975 Ford Bronco medium-duty axle with the 10 x 2.5-inch drum arrangement; the same measured interface remains essential.

The fitment table below is subject to physical axle-interface confirmation. Check housing flange, bearing arrangement, offset, wheel-stud pattern and center register before ordering. For a 1990 Lincoln Town Car, identify the actual axle and confirm the specified interface; do not select this conversion from model and year alone.

Two dedicated motorized calipers provide parking hold separately from the hydraulic service calipers. The kit supplies their switch with pigtail, control unit and universal wiring harness. DS1353 covers the required 12V vehicle connections and component placement. The EPB is not an emergency stopping brake.
