Wilwood Drilled 12.19-Inch Rear Brake Kit with EPB, Black Dynalite Calipers, New-Style Big Ford Bronco Flange and 2.36-Inch Axle Offset

Drilled-and-slotted rotor faces distinguish this black-caliper rear package. The supplied electric parking brake acts independently of the four-piston Dynalite service calipers, with the mounting plates selected for the new-style Big Ford Bronco axle interface. From its Camarillo, California base, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components. Bill Wood founded the company in 1977. Its calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines serve motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, with individual parts matched to the complete braking arrangement.

• Rotor dimensions: 12.19 in; 309.63 mm outside diameter; 0.81 in; 20.57 mm thick.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 15 in; 381 mm; full spoke/barrel clearance must be checked using the installation drawing.
• Caliper finish and port: Black Powder Coat; hydraulic inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Supplied service pads: BP-10 compound; verify suitability for the intended operating conditions.
• Rotor material and surface: Iron; vented; SRP Drilled & Slotted; surface finish Black Electro Coat.
• Cataloged rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm; 5 x 5.5 in; 5 x 139.7 mm bolt circle; cataloged stud-hole clearances 0.56 in; 14.22 mm; 0.64 in; 16.26 mm. The existing hub or axle flange determines the vehicle wheel pattern and stud specification. These rotor/hat drillings do not convert that pattern.
• Hydraulic service calipers: Forged Dynalite Internal; 4 pistons per caliper; Forged Aluminium body; lug mounting; Stainless pistons.
• Parking-brake package: Two separate electric parking calipers, control unit, switch with pigtail and universal wiring harness included; vehicle electrical connections require installation.
• Rear axle interface: Big Ford New Style Bronco housing flange; 2.36 in; 59.94 mm axle offset. Measure the installed assembly.
• Mechanical contents: Separate wheel hubs are not included; mounting hardware supplied; spindles not included.

Fitment & Compatibility

Installation requires the Big Ford New Style Bronco housing flange and a measured 2.36-inch axle offset. Compare the housing bolt pattern, bearing/axle retention, wheel pattern and center registration with the kit drawing, then check both service-caliper and EPB-motor clearance. Nominal 15-inch wheel diameter is only the starting point. DS1434 identifies the 1974–1975 Ford Bronco medium-duty axle with the 10 x 2.5-inch drum arrangement; the same measured interface remains essential.

Any vehicle application in the fitment table below depends on the installed axle interface. Compare flange and bearing geometry, axle offset, center register and wheel hardware with the specified assembly. For a 1990 Lincoln Town Car, identify the actual axle and confirm the specified interface; do not select this conversion from model and year alone.

The EPB is a parking-hold system, not an emergency stopping brake. It includes a separate left/right motor-driven caliper pair, control unit, switch with pigtail and universal wiring harness. Vehicle power, ground, ignition/accessory connections and protected cable routing must be installed to DS1353; it is not a plug-in factory-harness replacement.
