Wilwood Rear AERO4-DS Brake Kit with Black Calipers and 14.50-Inch GT Rotors for Toyota Land Cruiser J200 and Lexus LX570 (2016–2018)

This rear Toyota/Lexus service-brake conversion uses black AERO4-DS four-piston calipers with dust-wiper seals and 14.50-inch GT-slotted iron rotor/hat assemblies. It retains the OE parking-brake mechanism and supplies BP-20 pads and braided flexlines. Camarillo, California is home to Wilwood Engineering, the company Bill Wood founded in 1977. Wilwood designs and manufactures disc braking systems and components for street-performance, motorsport and specialized applications. Its calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are selected to work within the complete installation.

• Cataloged rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 5 X 5.91 in; 5 X 150.11 mm bolt circle; cataloged stud-hole clearances 0.64 in; 16.26 mm. The existing hub or axle flange determines the vehicle wheel pattern and stud specification. These rotor/hat drillings do not convert that pattern.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 18 in; 457.2 mm; full spoke/barrel clearance must be checked using the installation drawing.
• Hydraulic service calipers: AERO4-DS; 4 pistons per caliper; Forged Aluminium body; radial mounting; Stainless pistons.
• Rotor dimensions: 14.50 in; 368.3 mm outside diameter; 1.10 in; 27.94 mm thick.
• Supplied service pads: BP-20 compound; verify suitability for the intended operating conditions.
• Caliper finish and port: Black Powder Coat; hydraulic inlet 1/8-27 NPT.

Fitment & Compatibility

The supported vehicle group is Toyota Land Cruiser J200 and Lexus LX570, 2016–2018. DS1379 requires modification of the rear backing plate/dust shield and upright caliper-mounting tabs, preferably by a qualified machine shop. Check the retained parking shoes, five-lug hub registration and 18-inch wheel outline before disassembly.
