Wilwood Front Six-Piston AERO6-DS Brake Conversion for Lexus LX570 and Toyota Land Cruiser J200 (2016–2018), Red with 14.25-Inch Rotors

Red AERO6-DS service calipers pair with directional-vane 14.25-inch rotors in this Toyota and Lexus front conversion. Dust-wiper seals protect the piston area, and the two-piece rotor assemblies use separate aluminum hats. The kit supplies BP-20 pads, brackets and stainless braided flexlines. Wilwood Engineering, founded by Bill Wood in 1977, designs and manufactures disc brake systems from Camarillo, California. Its motorsport, street-performance and specialized product range spans calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. A conversion must be considered as a complete brake system when selecting those parts.

• Hydraulic service calipers: AERO6-DS; 6 pistons per caliper; Forged Aluminium body; radial mounting; Stainless pistons.
• Rotor dimensions: 14.25 in; 361.95 mm outside diameter; 1.25 in; 31.75 mm thick.
• Flexline reference: Front Line Kit: 220-15888.
• Caliper finish and port: Red Powder Coat; hydraulic inlet 1/8-27 NPT.
• Supplied service pads: BP-20 compound; verify suitability for the intended operating conditions.
• Minimum nominal wheel diameter: 18 in; 457.2 mm; full spoke/barrel clearance must be checked using the installation drawing.
• Cataloged rotor/hat mounting-hole pattern: 5 x 5.91 in; 5 x 150.11 mm bolt circle; cataloged stud-hole clearances 0.640 in; 16.26 mm. The existing hub or axle flange determines the vehicle wheel pattern and stud specification. These rotor/hat drillings do not convert that pattern.
• Rotor material and surface: Spec-37 Iron; vented; GT Slotted; surface finish Black Electro Coat.
• Hydraulic installation: Braided flexlines are included; master cylinder not included; brake booster not included.
• Mechanical contents: Separate wheel hubs are not included; mounting hardware supplied; spindles not included.
• Rotor mounting hats: Aluminum; Black E-Coat; hat offset 1.240 inches. This is a hat dimension, not the axle offset.

Fitment & Compatibility

Use only the documented 2016–2018 Lexus LX570 and Toyota Land Cruiser J200 arrangement. The bracket installation requires controlled upright grinding as shown in DS1378, not an assumption of untouched-spindle fit. Verify the five-lug hat registration, 5 x 5.91-inch pattern and spoke clearance using the 18-inch minimum wheel drawing.
